Terms of service
These terms govern your use of LexForge.
Who we are
LexForge is LexForge Ltd, registered in England and Wales (no. 17219268), based in the UK.
Service
LexForge reconstructs source documents into editable Word output using extraction, classification and word-for-word checks. The word-for-word check matches the finished document against the text extracted from the customer's file; it confirms the output matches what was read, and does not warrant that a poor-quality scan was read correctly. Words read with low confidence are flagged for review. House-style templates are included as a Free trial sample and on Solo, Practice and Firm plans, and are not required for standard conversions.
Customer responsibility
Customers remain responsible for reviewing generated documents before use. The word-for-word check does not replace professional review.
Acceptable use
Customers must not upload unlawful material, malware, credentials, or documents they are not authorised to process. Usage is subject to plan limits and abuse controls.
Billing
Billing is handled by Stripe. Plan limits and page packs are set out on the pricing page.
Availability
Service availability can be affected by maintenance, faults and third-party providers. For questions about uptime or support, contact support@lexforge.app.
