Where documents are processed
Your documents are stored and read in the UK. To rebuild the layout and check the wording, page images and text are sent to Microsoft's Azure OpenAI service in the EU, with storage switched off.

Never used for training
LexForge does not use customer documents to train any AI model. House-style reference documents get the same protection.

Scans deleted automatically
Your uploaded scan is scheduled for deletion two hours after upload, with a one-day backstop if that is delayed. Our administrators can recover deleted files for up to seven days.

Retention your firm controls
Each workspace chooses how long converted outputs are kept: from one to 30 days, seven by default. They are then deleted automatically.
Microsoft may review material its automated abuse checks flag. Every draft is checked against the words read from your file, and uncertain words are highlighted for a person. Our privacy policy has the exact terms.
